Rehabilitate using local licensed contractors with green upgrades.
Dedicate 70–80% of units to affordable housing, up to 20–30% market-rate for sustainability.

Affordable & Mixed-Income Housing Creation
At least 70–80% of redeveloped units are reserved for low-income, displaced, or first-time buyers (≤80% AMI).
Up to 20–30% of units are offered at market rate to ensure sustainability and reinvestment.
Placement support through DSS, HUD Housing Choice Vouchers, and township programs.
Distressed Property Acquisition & Redevelopment
Acquisition of pre-foreclosure, tax-delinquent, and other distressed properties.
Partnerships with land banks, nonprofits, and county surplus programs.
Renovation of properties with licensed local contractors.
